DATA DELETION REQUEST

Your Privacy Rights

At OfferHiPro, we respect your right to control your personal data.

In accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021), users may request deletion of their personal data at any time, subject to legal and regulatory obligations.

How to Request Data Deletion

You may request account and data deletion using one of the following methods:

Option 1 — In-App Request (Recommended)

  1. Go to Account Settings

  2. Select Delete Account

  3. Follow the confirmation steps

This is the fastest way to process your request.

Option 2 — Email Request

Send a deletion request to:

Include:

  • Registered email address

  • Username (if available)

  • Platform used 

  • Country of registration

This helps us verify your request securely.

What Happens After You Request Deletion

Once your request is received:

  1. We verify your identity for security purposes.

  2. Your account will be deactivated.

  3. Personal data will be deleted or anonymized.

Typical processing time: up to 7 business days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

We will delete or anonymize:

  • Profile information

  • Contact details

  • Listings and service profiles

  • Messages and chat history

  • Uploaded media (where applicable)

After deletion, your account will no longer be accessible.

Data That May Be Retained

Some data may be retained where required by law, including:

  • Fraud prevention records

  • Transaction logs

  • Legal compliance data

  • Regulatory requirements under UAE law

This data is retained only as long as legally necessary.

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

  • You will lose access to all listings, messages, and history.

  • You may register again with a new account in the future.

Deletion of Provider Accounts

For verified service providers:

Additional steps may include:

  • Cancellation of subscriptions

  • Removal of public service listings

  • Deactivation of professional profiles

Business compliance records may be retained where required by UAE regulations.

Children’s Data

Our platforms are not intended for users under 18.

If you believe a minor’s data has been submitted, contact us immediately for priority removal.
