1. Introduction

Welcome to OfferHiPro (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

OfferHiPro is a digital service marketplace operating in the United Arab Emirates that connects users seeking services (“Clients”) with independent professionals and businesses (“Service Providers”).

By accessing or using OfferHiPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

OfferHiPro is a technology platform only.

We:

  • Facilitate connections between Clients and Service Providers

  • Do not employ service providers

  • Do not directly provide services listed on the Platform

  • Are not a party to service contracts between users

All services are provided independently by Service Providers.

3. Eligibility

To use OfferHiPro:

  • You must be at least 18 years old

  • Legally capable of entering contracts under UAE law

  • Comply with applicable UAE regulations

Service Providers may be required to:

  • Hold valid trade licenses (where applicable)

  • Provide verification documents

  • Comply with professional regulations

4. User Roles

4.1 Clients

Individuals or businesses seeking services.

4.2 Service Providers

Independent professionals, freelancers, or licensed companies offering services.

Service Providers are solely responsible for:

  • Service quality

  • Professional licensing

  • Compliance with UAE laws

5. Account Registration

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain account confidentiality

  • Use the Platform lawfully

We reserve the right to:

  • Verify identities

  • Request documentation

  • Suspend accounts violating policies

6. Service Listings

Service Providers must ensure:

  • Accurate descriptions

  • Transparent pricing (if listed)

  • Clear scope of services

  • Compliance with UAE professional standards

Misleading or deceptive listings are prohibited.

7. Bookings & Agreements

All service agreements are direct contracts between Clients and Providers.

OfferHiPro:

  • Does not guarantee service outcomes

  • Does not supervise services

  • Is not responsible for contractual disputes

Users are encouraged to document agreements in writing.

8. Payments

Depending on platform features:

  • Payments may be arranged directly between users

  • Future in-app payment systems may be introduced

OfferHiPro is not liable for:

  • Non-payment

  • Partial payments

  • Payment disputes

Unless explicitly acting as an escrow provider in the future.

9. Fees

OfferHiPro may introduce:

  • Subscription plans

  • Lead fees

  • Commission-based services

  • Promotional upgrades

All fees will be clearly disclosed before application.

10. Professional Responsibility

Service Providers agree to:

  • Perform services with reasonable skill and care

  • Maintain required licenses

  • Follow UAE laws and regulations

  • Maintain appropriate insurance where applicable

OfferHiPro does not guarantee provider credentials unless explicitly verified.

11. Prohibited Services

Users may NOT offer or request:

  • Illegal services

  • Unlicensed regulated activities

  • Services violating UAE public morals

  • Fraudulent or deceptive services

  • Services requiring government permits without proper licensing

We reserve the right to remove listings immediately.

12. Reviews & Ratings

Users may leave reviews based on genuine experiences.

Reviews must:

  • Be truthful

  • Not defamatory

  • Not abusive

OfferHiPro reserves the right to remove inappropriate reviews.

13. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and software remain the property of OfferHiPro.

Users grant OfferHiPro a non-exclusive license to display listings and service profiles.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

OfferHiPro complies with UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

We process personal data to:

  • Operate the platform

  • Facilitate connections

  • Improve services

  • Comply with legal obligations

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law:

OfferHiPro is not liable for:

  • Service quality issues

  • Financial losses

  • Professional negligence by providers

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to platform fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by UAE law.

16. Disputes Between Users

Disputes must be resolved directly between Clients and Providers.

OfferHiPro may:

  • Provide mediation tools

  • Suspend accounts

  • Assist investigations

But does not act as a court or arbitrator.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify OfferHiPro against claims arising from:

  • Your services

  • Violations of UAE law

  • Breach of these Terms

18. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend accounts for:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Legal violations

  • Misuse of the platform

  • Regulatory requests

Permanent bans may apply in serious cases.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

20. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
